Through a one-on-one call, the account manager will get to know every detail about your company's culture, the job description for each role that you need filled, as well as the unwritten characteristics, skills, and personalities that you are looking for in your new hires.

Your recruiter will use a variety of means to source candidates including leveraging our vast database of candidates, networking online, and attending networking events.
Every candidate that is sent over to you for consideration will be pre-screened by JFR Staffing. Your recruiter will only send you resumes that are believed to be a very good fit for your specifications based on industry experience, skill set, and personality.
Your recruiter will welcome feedback from you on candidates sent over for consideration to help fine tune your expectations.

Your dedicated account manager will assist in scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, and facilitating offer agreements.
Additionally, if requested by you, your account manager will facilitate reference and background checks for you.
